We presented our design for 20 N Ocean to the Architectural Aesthetic Committee. We received approval with some minor conditions and are excited to move forward with the development of the design. Stay tuned.

As an homage to Zaha Hadid, Sohith Perera’s late employer, and architectural visionary, we felt compelled to participate in this competition. We attempted to create a design that was sympathetic to Zaha’s vision for the MAXXI museum, utilizing her language of flows, but simultaneously be radically different to speak to the sustainability aspirations of the MAXXI Foundation for the project. Bradley Rothenberg, CEO of nTopology 3d software company, has tapped Svetlana Demchenko and the KORA team to design their new HQ in NY. We are excited to assist nTop on their move and look forward to designing what will certainly be a space reflective of nTopolgy’s ambition in the technology space. And check it out, we are using the nTop software, and we love it.
The KORA team was invited to design the flagship NY campus for General Assembly from the overall design to furniture and finish selection. Two of the campus floors are nearing completion. The office floor has been designed and approved, however, due to the changing nature of work based on changing behaviors and attitudes to hybrid working scenarios, we will be adjusting the design per new requirements to be discussed with the GA team.
