Drawing from a rich professional background, Sohith has held pivotal roles at renowned, award-winning firms such as MAD Architects in Beijing, Zaha Hadid Architects in London, and Cetra Ruddy in New York. Sohith's design expertise extends across a spectrum of project types, including urban masterplanning, mixed-use developments, residential and commercial spaces, retail environments, civic structures like museums, and complex transport infrastructure. His leadership at KORA reflects a commitment to delivering exceptional and innovative designs that resonate across diverse cities and communities.
Svetlana is a founding partner of KORA with over 10 years of experience with interest in the built environment and its ripple effect on cultural and social realities. Her background in contextual research enriches KORA’s agenda to create a bespoke architecture. Before joining the practice, she worked at the London practice, Hamiltons Architects, on a number of residential and commercial projects and MAD Architects in Beijing. Svetlana is a design leader for the architectural projects.
Kayla Lee is a Mixed-use and Retail Specialist with extensive experience in the design process from master planning through construction administration. Kayla’s portfolio includes mixed-use projects, residential, branded commercial and retail sites, as well as resort developments. She has extensive experience in the design of complex, multi-building projects, where key design decisions include the engagement of a variety of stakeholders, resulting in projects that are on time and within budget.
