The showroom pavilion is conceived as the civic heart of the development—a destination that anchors the surrounding urban landscape. Set within the center of a park pond, it serves as both a visual focal point and a social condenser where movement, nature, and community converge.
The design operates as a dual condition: seamlessly integrated into the park while remaining legible as a distinct architectural object. Its form extends the landscape through soft edges and continuity with the water, yet maintains a clear, crafted presence from a distance.
Accessed by gentle paths and bridges, the pavilion invites occupation as both destination and pause. The café activates the space throughout the day, with open, transparent boundaries that blur inside and out, allowing light, water, and landscape to shape the experience.
Together, the pavilion becomes a calm yet vibrant point of convergence—where architecture and landscape merge into a shared, memorable place.
