The nTop team wanted to move out of their generic office space rental into a space that would be emblematic of their corporate DNA. The nTop CEO asked KORA to help them with selecting a tenant space to follow with an interior design. KORA accompanied the CEO and his team to look at several spaces and help them settle on a floor with 4 tenant spaces that would be combined into one holistic space. Due to the fast pace of the schedule, the basis of design was set in a way to utilize as much of the existing buildout as possible with surgical demolition to connect the spaces and create unity in the design language. nTop, a company that does business with many fortune 500 companies, is a tech startup that develops 3d modeling software that can be utilized for design in many markets from defense to sportswear. The concept for the aesthetic was as physical representation of the software as a brand identity. The aesthetic elements would be produced in the software and 3d printed as the geometries are too complex to be made by traditional means. At the same time the goal was to create a comfortable space that also spoke of the future.
