KORA was invited to design this masterplan and design by Integrity Architecture of Dubai. Set along a pristine waterfront, this confidential villa development redefines ultra-luxury coastal living through an architecture of fluid elegance and sculptural precision. Each residence is designed as a private sanctuary suspended above the water, seamlessly merging land, sea, and sky. The villas’ dynamic, curvilinear forms evoke the movement of waves, wrapping around expansive terraces and infinity pools that dissolve into the horizon.
Inside, expansive glass façades frame panoramic ocean views, while refined natural materials, soft contours, and warm tones create an atmosphere of calm sophistication. The masterplan orchestrates privacy and openness in perfect balance—offering direct yacht access, lush landscaping, and an exclusive arrival experience that embodies modern resort living at its most elevated.
