The project brings together six commercial office and hotel towers rising from a shared retail podium, with a future central tower planned to complete the development and reinforce its presence as a major urban destination.
Our team was invited to review the masterplan with a focus on strengthening the connection between the towers and the mall. The design leverages circulation as a strategic tool, guiding daily movement through the retail environment to enhance visibility, increase foot traffic, and activate the podium as a vibrant commercial heart rather than a standalone base.
At the same time, the planning carefully addresses security through a layered approach that balances openness with control. Distinct arrival sequences, clearly defined thresholds, and independent access points ensure that office and hotel environments maintain the privacy and protection they require while remaining seamlessly integrated with the public realm.
The result is a cohesive framework that aligns movement, retail vitality, and security into a unified strategy, positioning the development for long-term flexibility and future growth with the addition of the central tower.
